Is the Church Leaderless?

Is the Church leaderless?  Well of course not.  Their are leaders in every church, right? Usually there is at least one, or a small group of leaders in every church.  However, how are we doing at developing leaders as the Church, the Body of Christ, and what does that look like in the typical local church.  Take a look at what Mike Breen from 3DM has to say in his post titled Why the Leadership Movement is Leaving Your Church Leaderless.

  1. Great post! Thanks for sharing the 3DM post, which brings up several thought provoking ideas & questions. This question really stuck with me… “What would my church do with Paul if he wanted to get involved?” I hope we wouldn’t confine his involvement to just the Sunday morning service!
